Looking for Manger - HRBP for Reliance Retail
Role - To perform HR / IR assignment for warehouse for multiple locations.
Education - MBA HR , MSW HR , BLM,MLM, LLB , etc...
Experience - 10+ years of HR experience in production plant , ware house , DC ,FC,CPC sites etc,should be families in labour laws, To have experience in Liasoning with Govt Authorities , To have experience in haling Trade Unions , Shall be updated all recent labour law amendments , Expertise in IR role , Contract Labour Management ,shall be capable to handle 2000+ employee s and familiar in managing multi location units / sites.
Age - Up to 40
Salary - up to 10 Lakhs
Language - must be familiar in English , Tamil , Malayalam etc...
Industry - Retail , FMCG ,Warehouse ,Automobile and Others Factory / Plant etc.....
Work Location- Nilakottai , Dindigul- Tamil Nadu.
