Designation : HR Recruiter

Qualification : Any Graduation with MBA HR / MSW

Experience : Minimum 1- 5Years

Languages Known : English,Tamil,Hindi - Good Fluency

Location : Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities :

Handling end to end NON IT recruitment from Junior to senior level.

Understanding Job requirements and sourcing profiles from various recruiting sources like: - Job Portal, Employee Referrals, and LinkedIn, Vendors, Social Media.

Scheduling and coordination of interviews between the hiring manager and the candidate

Salary negotiation with the selected candidates.

Preparing Salary Approvals templates and follow-ups for Salary Approvals

Taking Care of offer release and documentation.

Follow up with the candidates post-offer stage and keep them warm to ensure offer conversion.
