Job Description:Experience in Recruitment and Onboarding Activities

Interview scheduling Both external & internal schedules

Background Verification

Offer Letter generation

Initiating Accommodation requests for new joiners

Preboarding & Hiring on Taleo

Creating Employee Files

Managing the joining formalities on a weekly basis

Internal Job Posting - End to End IJP activities

Well versed with MS Office, Outlook, Taleo(we can look for candidates without Taleo experience also)

Work Location - Pune

Shift Timing - 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST

Contract - 6months (subject to extension based on performance)

NOTE: Looking for someone 60% Onboarding and 40% Recruitment. Good Communication skills
