Position- HR Manager / HR Operation Manager - Plant

Experience-5 - 10 Years

CTC- Upto 10 LPA

Location- Rajkot(Gujarat) and Modasa(Gujarat)

This role includes responsibility of day to day plant HR operation, payroll, pf, esic, grievance management, PMS, performance, T&D, reports, recruitment, shift Management, legal compliance, licensing, certification, admin activity.

Preferred from any manufacturing Industry.
