We are looking for an HR Recruiter specialized in IT recruitment to join our corporate office in Chennai

Location: Chrompet, Chennai

Exp Reqd: 6 months to 2 years

Salary Range: 12K to 15K CTC

Notice Period- Immediate joiners only preferable

Job Description:

• Handling end to end recruitment, Full time, contract, contract to hire.

• Understanding the Job Requirement, quickly source and select the best candidate, negotiate rates, schedule interviews etc.

• Strong experience working on Job portals like Naukri, Monster, Social networking sites, LinkedIn, etc. to get the right profiles matching the requirements at the shortest possible time.

•Maintain ATS in ERP and client's tracker regularly.

•Creating, maintaining and updating the database for different sets of skill.

• Excellent verbal & written English, and interpersonal communication skills.
