Position: Sr/ Lead Recruiter, Technical/ Lead Technical Recruiter

Job Type: Permanent

Educational Qualifications: Any Graduation (CS/IT preferred)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Location : MG Road, Bangalore

• E2E Technology/IT hiring
• Leadership hiring
• Client Management
• Responsible in achieving his/her individual target.

Job Description:

• Excellent Com skills 
• 5+ yrs. of relevant experience in E2E Technology/IT hiring
• Experience working on a target based environment.
• Hands on experience working for technology Leadership hiring (Director/ VP/ Sr VP)
• Would have worked in latest and emerging tech as in Devops, Cloud, Architect , Data Science , Machine Learning, Deep Learning etc.
• Excellent sourcing & screening abilities using job boards, LinkedIn, Referencing/networking/head hunting. 
• Experience working and hiring for multiple IT technologies like Sun technologies, Microsoft technologies, ERP, DWBI, Infrastructure & security, Testing & QA, Emerging technologies (AI, Analytics, Bigdata, Cloud, etc)
• Experience working for BFSI/ Telecom/ healthcare/ Semicon domains, Product development , startups & Ecommerce.
• Experience managing clients.
