Legal Executive | Bangalore

 We are looking for Legal Executive for our Corporate Office. More Details are as under:

 1. A law graduate from any university of Karnataka (preference for colleges from Bangalore and South Karnataka);

2. Reasonable experience (2-5 yrs) in property due diligence including fair knowledge of Transfer of Property Act, Stamp Act, Registration Act/procedures, Karnataka land reforms Act, Karnataka Land Revenue Act ;

3. Well versed with revenue documents and sourcing the same from the department.

4. Experience/exposure to handle registration of all types of deeds before the Sub registrar/District registrar  office;

5. Exposure to litigation practices/current court procedures;

6. Good communication skills in English and Kannada;

7. Reading (printed/handwritten) and writing of Kannada is must;

8. Good working skill in computers; 

9. Exposure to commercial contracts is preferred;

10. Good PR skills

11. CTC – 30 k to 50k, Job Location : Domlur , Bangalore
