Designation: Area Sales Manager
Business Function: Sales – Open Market
Location: Surat

Job Responsibilities

1. To ensure that all the budgeted targets are achieved for HL & LAP.
2. Developing and maintaining relationship with existing and prospective borrowers.
3. Getting business through Builder’s/Connectors.
4. Initiating and consolidating the DSA Tieups..
5. Organizing the promotional activities at the branch.
6. Ensure that all the rules & regulations as well as policy guidelines of the company are implemented at the unit level.
7. Provide appropriate support to Audit & Inspection as well as the External Auditors, in all matters pertaining to the Unit.

Knowledge:
People Management & Customer Focus
Sales of Home Loans

Qualification: Minimum Graduate
Additional Qualification: Any MBA Preferred
