Job title: Area Sales Manager

Job location: Madurai

Experience required: Min 5 to 7 years

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall Territory value sales achievement and volume building.
- Identify white geography markets and fix coverage gaps.
- Drive Tertiary sales through improved width and depth in coverage.
- Team Management: Motivate and train the sales team to drive their efficiency levels.
- Collecting and reporting competitive data / Market intelligence to senior management.
- Manage and develop great relationship with Distributors, Wholesalers and Key accounts to deliver superior results from the territory.

Skills required: Should be good at execution, Excellent communication skills, People management skills, channel management, IT Skills-MS Office, Business Acumen and good planning skills.

Industry Preferred: FMCG ||General trade||Food & Beverages

Age: Less than 30 years old

Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation, MBA preferred.
