• Must have handled complete recruitment cycle   

• Should have excellent knowledge in Job portals and Social networking recruitment 

• Understanding and analyzing the requirement for different levels

& closing the requirements on time. 

• Monitoring/Handling the requirements on a regular basis 

• Good in Maintaining Recruitment Reports 

• Candidate should have go & get Attitude 

• Should have Strong Communication & Interpersonal skill 

• Good in Follow up 

• Short joiners or Immediate joiners - preferable
