1. Post-Graduation in Human Resource Management from reputed College
2. 6+ years of experience in HRBP with a good brand, preferably from Manufacturing or engineering org having Labour Trade Union set up.
3. Knowledge on Factory & Labour Laws and exposure to LTS settlement is an added advantage.
