We are hiring:
Lead Engineer - Mechanical

Responsibilities include:

Technically lead and execute Mechanical development also including development of key suppliers.
Implements concepts for range of complex product issues and solutions.
Responsible for the design, development and implementation of custom mechanical tooling, fixturing, and associated processes to enable the handling, assembly and/or disassembly of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies throughout the product life cycle.
Establishes standards across all operational processes.
Serves as technical expert on specialized projects or programs.
Perform tolerance stack up analysis.
Participating in Design Reviews with Cross Functional & Manufacturing Team.
Work on 3D CAD modelling software (SolidWorks) and 2D CAD (AutoCAD).
Maintain an understanding of JIT, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TQM & Poka-Yoke.

Required skills:
· Effective technical skills ( Sheet Metal design, SPM, Structural design, BIW, Product integration, Ergonomics, DFMEA, GD & T, DFA & DFM )
· Tools: AutoCAD, SolidWorks
