Job Responsibilities:
Develop positive working relationships with clients
Approach positive working relationships with clients
Deliver policy proceeds after a claim is filed and approved
Explain the differences in policy specifics so clients can make informed decisions about their purchases.
Assist with obtaining underwriting approval
Respond to client’s questions and complaints
Follow up with clients

Education & Experience required
Any degree with minimum one year of experience in insurance voice process is required
Required Skills:
Strong written & verbal communication skills ( excellent in English)
Pleasant telephone manner
Ability to explain complex issues and concepts to customers so that they understand completely
Customer focus
Attention to detail
Professionalism
Multitasking
Job location, Kowdiar, Trivandrum, we are looking for local candidates due to covid-19 pandemic.
Salary – 10k to 15k + incentives
