We’re looking for Account Manager at Technogen, Inc (formerly Syscom Technologies, Inc.)
Account managers are responsible for managing and building strong relationships with the portfolio of Clients, working with Team of BDM's and Recruiters internally, win trust and confidence.
Oversee team of recruiters and responsible for quality delivery with quick TAT .
Delivering and support hiring, training, mentoring, collaborating with leadership team to bring the best practices to leverage success. You’ll be responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reporting and P&L.
Qualification & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 5 to 7 years work experience
Experience working in a Indian recruiting services firm
Demonstrated team-building and management experience of min size of 5 to 8 members.
Strong organizational skills
Strong technical recruiting experience, Should have worked with Tier 1 clients across India.
