Urgent Opening for Business Development Manager (Staffing) -C2H Location: Bangalore (WFM till Dec 2020) Qualification: Post Graduate Who are we looking for ? -Candidate having minimum 2 Years of experience in Staffing & Recruitment industry for business development. -Temp Staffing/ Contractual staffing experience is mandatory. -Must have experience of on boarding clients.. -Must be open to travel. -Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Roles & Responsibilities: -Responsible for new client acquisition and client on boarding- PAN India. -Conducting research to identify new markets & client needs. -Manage adherence to legal compliances in the process. -To identify prospect leads, close them & maintain a good working relationship with new accounts for Temporary Staffing/ Contract Staffing. -Catering domestic market and major focus on contractual business. -Establish strong relations across clients within their key decision makers. -Responsible to stabilize and grow acquired accounts by full filling staffing requirements.
