Urgent Hiring - Role: Head of a process science group managing a group of projects. Qualification: MS orMTech with PhD Biochemical engineering, Bioprocess Engineering, Chemical engineering, Biotechnology or Biochemistry. Candidates with Master’s degree only can be considered if there is relevant experience. Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience in process development. Technical leadership in across CMC of protein biologics. The candidate is expected to have acquired cross-functional knowledge on cell culture, purification, formulation, testing and characterization of protein biologics. Desirable to have experience working in biologics in commercial setting. The candidate should - Provide technical leadership in development of protein biologics in the process sciences. - Lead the team of senior scientists and engineers cohesively to drive early and late stage project milestones - Have ability to drive and articulate the company position among stakeholders within and outside of the organization. - Desirable to have experience in development of biosimilars - Desirable to have understanding of CMC regulatory landscape to take complex decisions.
