We are Hiring! Looking for Middleware expertise in IDAM specific Oracle Identity & Access Management

Position Summary:

As a Senior Middleware Engineer (IDAM), you will be part of a global team that is responsible for the implementation, support, and operations of the Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Cloud and Integration Platform technology stacks primarily focused on Oracle Identity and Access Management(IAM).

The role of the Senior Middleware Engineer (IDAM) requires the expertise and skills to debug, correctly diagnose and resolve issues for complex, integrated platforms in a timely manner. The position also has the responsibility for researching, providing root cause analysis and support of architectural and performance related improvements for multiple Oracle technology platforms.

Responsibilities:

Lead and participate in projects such as design, integration, installation, upgrade and migration of Oracle IAM Suite, Weblogic, Oracle Cloud applications and non-oracle products on Linux and Windows environments.

Lead and support Data Intensity customers' 24x7 production instances and maintain customer environments for high availability, disaster recovery, and optimal performance

Create and maintain the technical knowledge base and standard operation procedures

Provide technical guidance and cross-training for team members and assist with training materials

Provide root cause analysis, fix resolution, implementation support, and continuous process improvement

Create and maintain automation tools such as startup/shutdown scripts, monitoring/performance tools, diagnostic tools and health check reports

Track Oracle patches and security updates to determine how it impacts existing deployed infrastructure

Ability to understand complex IDAM Middleware implementations and resolve defects and develop enhancements

Resolve complex or previously unknown issues, requiring expert technical knowledge and business acumen

Establish and apply best practices, to ensure successful implementation of solution designs through collaborative project team communication, planning documentation, system testing, and defect resolution

Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple environments effectively and account for differences

Perform ongoing performance tuning, infrastructure upgrades and system resource optimization

Experiences

6+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware implementation, configuration and integration, including WebLogic, and Oracle Identity & Access Management products like Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), Oracle Internet Directory (OID), Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD).

Experience in configuring and supporting SSO with Oracle and third party products.

Proven experience of integration between IAM products and other Oracle Weblogic applications.

Experience working with OIM tools for migration and synchronization of data and provisioning and de-provisioning of users

Experience in OAM Policy and Resource Administration.

Experience of OIM role management and Administration.

Demonstrable history of conceptualizing, architecting/designing, implementing and supporting complex new and already implemented Oracle Technology products based solutions.

Skills

Expert knowledge and understanding of Identity & Access Management principles including identity stores, multi factor authentication, privileged access management

Expert in authentication and authorization protocols such as LDAP, oAUTH and SAML.

Expert knowledge of WebLogic, Oracle Fusion Middleware, and associated UNIX Administration

Strong knowledge in working with Web services and API technologies (REST, XML/JSON, SOAP, WSDL, XSD/XSLT), including domain microservices.

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to work under pressure with conflicting priorities and fluctuating operational workload

Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands

Superb trouble-shooting skills and tenacity in problem solving.

Desired Qualifications:

Development experience using core Java and J2EE, REST API, Linux/Unix Shell Script

Experience application performance tuning, including analysis of thread/core dumps, JVM heap size, load balancing, disaster recovery and clustering

Solid understanding of cloud integration architecture, including implementation experience with integration

platforms such as MuleSoft and Oracle Integration Cloud

Experience architecting, designing, and implementing solutions on Oracle Cloud and Amazon AWS platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)

Competency in automating routine WebLogic admin tasks using scripting languages like WLST, Python, Perl, or equivalent tools

Programming competency using SQL and PL/SQL in tuning and optimizing complex database queries

Proficient working with relational databases (Oracle/SQL) including NoSQL technologies like MongoDB

Ability to provide exceptional service and quality to external customers and internal teams

Proven expertise in major incident management, based on ITIL principles and practices

Exposure and familiarity with Agile development and project methodology process
