Recruiting for -- Head of Process Science Group managing a group of projects. Location - Bangalore / Chennai. Qualification: MS / MTech with PhD Biochemical engineering, Bioprocess Engineering, Chemical engineering, Biotechnology or Biochemistry. Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience in process development. Technical leadership in across CMC of protein biologics. The candidate is expected to have acquired cross-functional knowledge on cell culture, purification, formulation, testing and characterization of protein biologics. Desirable to have experience working in biologics in commercial setting. The candidate should - Provide technical leadership in development of protein biologics in the process sciences. - Lead the team of senior scientists and engineers cohesively to drive early and late stage project milestones - Have ability to drive and articulate the company position among stakeholders within and outside of the organization. - Desirable to have experience in development of biosimilars.
