Job opportunity to work with Biocon Limited!! hashtag Qulaification: M.Sc/ M.Tech in Biotechnology Experience: 2-3 Years of Biopharma Industrial Experience Location: Bangalore Job Details- 1. Preferably looking for candidate with experience in monoclonal antibody or Bi specific antibody expression in CHO cells. 2. CHO stable cell line development for recombinant therapeutic proteins preferably in DHFR or GS selection systems. 3. Transient gene expression in CHO and HEK cell lines. 4. Subcloning and recombinant expression vector preparation. 5. Should follow on line documentation and other regulatory guidelines and report, SOP preparation. 6. Subcloning of gene of interest to expression vector by conventional, infusion and Gibson assembly, TA cloning, Bacterial Transformation, Primer designing, PCR, RT-PCR, MiniPrep plasmid isolation, Gel extraction, Restriction digestion, Ligation and experience in handling of mammalian cells. 7.
