Lead Employee Engagement (Sr. Executive / Asst Manager) : Around 5 years experience. Needs to have a strong business acumen and corporate experience in Employee Engagement. Should be able to multi-hat both as a strategist as well as an implementer. It's an IC role and demands project management capabilities. Should be analytical and relate data to emotions and thence people productivity.
Qualification:
Preferably BE, MBA
OR
Masters in Industrial Psychology
