Years of exp -10-12 yrs Notice Period -60 Days(30 Days preferred) Job Description:- Primary Skills : Good to have Cherwell implementation ,Strong ITSM , Strong project management skills Technical / Domain Knowledge : Expert on Cherwell ITSM Tool features and functionalities. Expert on ITIL. In-depth understanding of the Configuration and capabilities of Cherwell ITSM Tool. Proven experience with Cherwell deployment/implementation, Configuration and onboarding of customer on Cherwell. Vendor Management and liaison/collaborating with Vendor for implementation/configuration, deployment of the tool. Effective planning and utilization of Professional Services Hours (PSOs). Vendor in this case is Cherwell. Creating Technical and Process documentation, Physical Diagrams, process and workflows Should have Project Management experience; preferred PMP trained.
