Test Architect
Experience : 9 – 10 Years
Location : Bangalore, India
Roles and Responsibilities: 

An individual contributor role with proven ability to design and define the test strategy. 
Ability to create test scenarios based on the requirements, specification and understanding the impact of the multiple features. 
Understanding of the architecture/design, covering various aspects of testing (functional, non-functional, stress, reliability, conformance, robustness). 
Complete ownership of the release with the ability to identify critical customer impacting defects based on requirements. 
Good knowledge of embedded and protocol stack testing, GPS, RF, driver or firmware related testing, writing test scenarios based on requirements and specs, understanding the architecture , covering various aspects of testing (functional, non-functional, stress, reliability, conformance, robustness). 
Enhance and optimize the process of system testing and software testing.

R&D Engineers: Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead – Embedded Linux
Experience: 6 – 10 years
Location: Bangalore, India
Roles and Responsibilities

An individual contributor role with proven ability to design, develop and deliver embedded software. Should possess good technical leadership capabilities with the ability to communicate effectively, mentor and be a team player.

Design and develop software features based on customer requirements and standards specifications.
Candidates shall take ownership of such projects along with strong hands-on embedded C/Linux development skills.
Drive industry standard best practices in designing and coding
Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility
Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards
Communicate successfully all concepts and guidelines to the team & stakeholders
Ensure consistency with the initial design
Provide technical guidance and coaching to junior team members
Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility, etc.
