· Support business needs and solution architecture requirements
· Manage and remediate Cloud security incidents
· Monitoring and reporting
· Handling incidents, changes and problems using ITIL based ticketing tools
· Documenting the operational procedures and train the team
· Continuously improve process, system and bring in more automation possibilities.
· Willing to work in shifts (24/7 support)
