We are looking for "Team Leader Lead Generation" For contractual role (1 year Based on performance extendable). JD We are looking to hire an energetic team leader to lead a team of tele-callers and manage vendors for the selection charter. He/She will report to the program manager and shall be responsible for : Manage the team and achieve goals of creating qualified leads in a day. Oversee day-to-day operations. Monitor team performance and report on metrics Train and coach tele-callers Act on team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
