Qualification: Masters of Social Work Salary: INR 5, 00,000 – 8, 00,000 PA Location: Coimbatore (Willing to travel/relocate anywhere in India) Experience: Minimum of 10 years of work experience in NGOs. The Programme Manager should plan, design, and execute development programmes and projects of the Trust by managing grants, leading their implementation and guiding the team to elicit best results. The Program Manager ensures smooth delivery of the operating plan of the Trust. The incumbent will have complete accountability for large programmes, projects and multiple grants and must ensure the achievement of the stated goal/objectives of the Trust.
