Eligibility Criteria:  Certifications like MCSA/MCITP/ITIL will be preferred over others  Microsoft Azure Certifications – AZ100, AZ101 & AZ102 Preferred  Total experience more than 3 years  Azure support experience more than 2 years Should have worked in a US based inbound technical voice operations & willing to work in 24*7 environment. ​​ Responsibilities  Manages overall personnel, performance, daily operations and discipline of self  The position will be responsible to provide remote support for IT infrastructure  Be accountable and responsible for actions taken  Take ownership of tasks assigned Maintain & update the Active Directory including (security domains , user profiles & other  Troubleshoot & manage MS Windows 2008 R2 & above servers  Troubleshoot & manage Microsoft Azure client’s issues on daily basis.  Maintain & update Anti-Virus update systems  Maintain and update patch management systems  Perform regular data & system backups as required for servers  If anyone interested,please share your Cv on sagarika.sethi@tekishub.in Regards Sagarika Sethi
