Verificient Technologies is looking for Customer Success Manager/Account Manager. Job Responsibilities: 1. Ensure smooth Onboarding process. 2. Drive long- term account satisfaction and growth. 3. Escalate issues or time & making sure issues are resolved on time. 4. Proactively identifying and prioritising resources and effort according to strategic value and renewal timeframe. 5. Calculating periodic health of key accounts through continuous monitoring to avoid any last- minute surprises. Location: Delhi/NCR or Pune Requirements: 1. Education with technical background (B.E or B.tech) 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Ability to grasp basic technical concepts. 4.
