Urgent requirement for RF engineer (Not field profile) L2 : 7 + years of experience , salary upto 14 LPA L1 : 4 + years of experience upto 6.5 years, salary upto 7 LPA Location: Bangalore and Gurgaon Share relevant profiles on sumitra@avacendsolutions.com  Should be familiar with LTE/VOLTE KPI improvement features.  KPI analysis and monitoring after change implementation.  Troubleshooting & KPI Improvement of an LTE/Volte/UMTS Network.  Parametric Optimization and performance tuning on LTE/Volte/ UMTS Networks.  LTE user/cell throughput analysis and improvement.  MOS KPI improvement and analysis.  Should have worked on Multi layered network & should be familiar layer strategies.  Knowledge of Huawei tools like U2000, PRS, FMA, Omstar etc.  Root cause analysis of any kind of KPI degradation in the network.  Drive Test Optimization and performance tuning on LTE/Volte/UMTS Networks  Use creativity and sound judgment to provide the proper design and optimization of the portion of the network assigned.  Capable of analyzing Layer 3 Messages and Trace results.  Generate Cluster progress reports to the customer on a weekly basis.  Analysis of KPIs, investigation and improvement of network quality problems.
