Preferred Domain- Inbound/ Emails and CHat process Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout) Type: Permanent Need people who can join in the earliest 1) Get Service Agreement digitally and physically signed & keep physical record 2) Create & maintain hierarchy in the App setting; addition & deletion of agents 3) Shipping & managing SIM 4) Enable App download for the agents (ensure latest version) 5) Salary integration (Bank details) & ensure salary is transfered on time. 6) App support & troubleshoot for the app 7) Dashboard management of client 8) Ensuring process from training to bench and managing the bench 9) Managing the count on bench 10) Manage the training schedule by coordination between agents & Trainer 11) Leading the process teams (Servicing) 12)Identifying training need analysis and sharing with training team 13)Managing various Process/Team/Agent wise performance related reports 14)Arranging regular IT calibration with Onshore Team for account 15)Providing high quality Operational Support to improve overall customer satisfaction 16) Validating SLA sign off and Service Debit and Credit.
