Position : GM - HR (personnel & admin) Reports to: Plant Head Qual: Full time graduation & PG in HRM/ HR&IR Exp: 15+ yrs out of which 5 years as HOD in mfg or auto sector Location: Bechraji ( Gujarat) CTC: up-to 20 lacs Role: Accountable in HR/IR policy Implementation , Well versed in implementation HR/IR systems & MIS, Talent acquisition & selection , Organizational Development initiatives & Training, Statutory Compliance/ Liaison Industry Preference: Mfg/ Automotive / Automobile..
