• ATE Engineer (Uflex/93k)
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 4 to 8 years
o Design and verification of Probe & Test hardware on mixed-signal ATE platforms (primarily Uflex), for multi-site parallel testing.
o Pre-tapeout verification of silicon & test solution using the latest simulation tools.
o Different phases of test development including silicon functionality, characterization, yield analysis, offshore production release.
o Developing scripts to parse and analyze the data.
o Occasional bench level characterization.
