• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
• Experience building and leading a recruiting team
• Understanding of selection methods and techniques
• Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
• Proven collaboration skills and interpersonal capability
• Excellent communication, business engagement, teamwork and problem solving skills
