ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Analyze transactions for suspect frauds as laid out in the rules defined in the standard operating procedure * Research and resolve issues related to processing * Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders in determining the correct processing decisions in case of exceptions * Assist in filing statements and/or generating reports. * Other duties as assigned.
