EXPERIENCE: 1-5 Years
JOB DETAILS:
- Experience in full US Recruitment life cycle
- Experience in working in the IT and Non IT domains.
- Experience in Building a good Rapport with highly professionals like U.S Citizens, Green card Holders and H1B consultants
- Experience in Discussions regarding the Rates/salary and Compensations on Different tax terms like W2, C2C, C2H and Fulltime as well.
- Experience in Salary negotiations, hourly rate negotiations, and notice time negotiations.
