Position : IT (Contract to hire) Recruiter Location : Bangalore Education: Graduates in any stream /PG Relevant Experience :2-5 yrs Job Description Ability to translate requirements into design specifications and experience in developing design documents Designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance. Contributing in all phases of the development life cycle. Identifying , suggesting small changes in system to improve monitoring or improvement needs.. Experience should have 3+ years to 6 years into domestic IT hiring industry. Would be responsible for technical recruitment process(Domestic Contract to hire )positions Responsible to understand and analyse the requirements in different technical skill set categories.
