I'm hiring Plant Manager for a leading Automotive Company in NCR B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, 20 years (Machining/CNC/LPD) manufacturing is desirable, Responsibility to manage entire Operations of manufacturing Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations Increase production, assets capacity while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining high quality standards Responsible for finalizing annual and Monthly Production plans as per company business plan Finalizing Annual Budget for Manufacturing operation as per best of industry bench marking. Set the target of each function in line with department objective Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets Knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, Strong team building, decision-making and people management CTC Band 40-42 lakh, Email at SKapoor@antal.com
