Talent Scout - Experience of 1-2 years required in lead generation, cold calling, outbound sales or recruiting. MBA Marketing freshers are welcomed. 2. Talent Development Specialist - Experience of 3-4 years in core end to end recruitment, senior level hiring, headhunting. 3. Talent Sourcing Executive (Non - voice) - Experience of minimum 2 years of sourcing candidates through passive search methods using Boolean strings, Linkedin and google search. Candidates must also possess good communication skills. 4. Lead Generation Executive (Non- voice) - Experience of minimum 2 years of sourcing decision makers' details through Linkedin and open/google search gobally. Candidate should possess good communication and must be able to handle projects independently. 5. Data processing executive ( non-voice) - Experience of minimum 1 year in any coordination realted role and database handling. Good communication skills is required.
