Job Location: Chennai
Experience : 1-3 Years
Key Responsibilities / Functions / Role:
Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives.
Prepare and review the job description to understand the requirements and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.
Source, screen, schedule, negotiate and follow-up candidates.
Partner with educational institutions and HCL authorized vendors to organize recruitment drives
Responsible for handling the documentation process and its completion in timely manner.
Engage regularly with the candidates to keep them posted with updates on their candidature.
Act as single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting related question and concerns.
