Desktop Support Engineer Experience Required :1 year - 5 years Job Location:-Chennai Job Description Should have hands on experience on HVD (hosted virtual desktop ) Should have hands on experience on Windows 10 Should have good knowledge on Computer & Hardware networking OMS, Dell, and Infrastructure. Hands on experience on Operating System. Hands on experience in taking backup of Memory side like RAM, ROM etc. Should demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum 1 to 2 Years of experience required. Must have sound troubleshooting knowledge of Operating systems (MS-XP, MS-Win 10 ) Having exposure on Outlook/Lotus Notes, IT Asset, Hardware troubleshooting. Should have sound knowledge of Email clients MS Exchange . Following up with end users, if necessary, for closure of pending tickets Following up with support groups, if necessary, for closure of pending tickets Creating and uploading knowledge article. Provide support to ISG projects and ensure all assigned projects deliverables are completed as per schedule . Should have exposure in giving IT support to banking sector.
