Globsyn is hiring for Quality Analyst (Operations) Required Skill Set / Roles & Responsibilities : · Should have attention to detail and must have excellent analytical skills · Should possess excellent Internet Research & Computer skills · Should be able to audit the quality of deliverable as per benchmark standards · Candidate should be able to conduct regular Feedback sessions for Agents. · Candidate should be able to conduct calibration sessions with operations and training team. · Candidate should be able to generate daily , weekly & monthly Quality Reports. · Should be able to provide assistance for continual improvement · Should be able to provide trainings to agents on quality parameters , KRA's and expectations . Work Experience: 0-2 Years Location Kolkata Minimum Graduate- B.Tech/BE/B.A/B.sc/B.com Freshers are welcome.
