MBA preferable – Even if Graduate must score 70% and above in 10, 12 & graduation.

Requirement:
A graduate/master’s degree from a well-known college with at least 8 – 12 years of relevant experience in an HR Operation (HRO/RPO) in MNC/ Global company
2 – 3 years of team management (direct reportee). Manage team of HRO associate & specialist
