Experience 12-14 years Key Skill Java, Leadership Job Description • Should have sound experience in managing a team of around 10-20 people. • Thorough experience in Engineering or product team management (3-4 years of management experience). • Should be from Java background. • Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using JAVA 8, J2EE, Spring Core/Spring Boot, Microservices & Web Services (REST). • Experience in distributed systems and cloud-based architecture including Amazon AWS. • Experience with Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) using common design patterns, algorithms and data structures. • Excellent communication skills. Should be able to interct with the client team flawlessly. • Should be well versed with Agile methodology. Exp in Jira and scrum is required.
