Exp:- 2 Year into initial underwriting
Location:- Bangalore
JD for Underwriter:-
Domain Expert - must have experience of 2+ years in US mortgage underwriting.
Expertise in Underwriting – Reviewing Eligibility, Income, Credit, Collateral analysis, Assets.
Expertise in calculating Income for all Tier loans.
Experience in Post-Close/Investor Audits would be an added advantage.
Sound understanding of Mortgage LOS – Encompass360, Empower, PC Lender, Calyx Point, etc.
Ensure deliverables are met per client SLA – Productivity, Quality & TAT.
