We are looking for candidates with below criterion:
· Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts .
Experience
1-3 years of HR Experience
Domain certification would be a plus
Strong MS Office and Excel skills
Knowledge/Skills Requirements:
Good organizational & prioritisation skills.
Analytical and problem solving skills.
Multi-cultural awareness.
Focus on high data accuracy.
Quality driven – in communications and all system transactions.
Ensure and maintain the security and confidentiality of client data.
Manage workflow of cases effectively and take remedial action or escalate as necessary
Understand relevant HR and Safety legislation as appropriate and be able to use to manage cases and inform clients
Understand & perform the full range of People relations work
