Talent Acquisition Specialist -- (5 – 8 Years) Job Location : Noida, Bangalore Professional requirements: · Understand the requirements from the hiring manager once the MRF is raised & approved · To source from various channels of sourcing available · To ensure the ideal source mix is maintained to be cost effective · To be innovative & think out of the box to source & attract talent 2. US Payroll—(5-9 Years) Job Location : Noida Professional requirements: · Maintains payroll information by adhering policies, processes & systems. · Directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data. 3. Onsite HR -- (4 to 9 Years) Job Location : Noida Administer compensation and benefit plans of US employees Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives for new hires and existing employees Provide support to employees in various HR-related policies and processes such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
