We are hiring Regional Commercial Manager for Chennai Location.

Roles & Responsibilities: • Assist in the setting up of the credit control system • Order Intake – PO Vetting/AMC Contracts • Ensure customers pay within their agreed payment terms, chasing payments if necessary, as per the company’s debt collection procedure • Monitoring debtor balances to ensure a reduction in debtors DSO • Responsible for meeting targets in monthly receivables and keeping bad debt to a minimum • Hold weekly/monthly credit review meetings with Sales / AMC / Service Team • Dealing with internal queries about payments, ensuring customers pay on time • Handle disputed bills and negotiate to bring payment within the agreed terms • Respond promptly and completely to both client and internal enquiries • Take necessary actions on need based in the cases of any payment disputes even legally if required in consultation with CFO • Travel Expenses reimbursements & other admin related vouchers checking & reimbursements • Facility Management, Statutory Compliance & payments (P.Tax, S&E, LWF etc) Female candidates preferred.
