Job Description : • Excellent Territory knowledge • Ability to manage a large team and willingness to travel as per business needs. • Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goals for the region • To regularly review the sales reports, working reports of team and ensure timely corrective actions. • Training & assisting the team in their selling techniques. • To ensure relevant customers in MCL, their retention and business generation from them. • Ability & track record of achievement of sales targets. • Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals. • Developing specific plans to ensure growth. • To continuously work on strengthening the Distribution Channel. • Reviewing regional profitability and improving. Soft Skills: • Leadership Qualities & Analytical Sklills. • Great communication & Organizational skills. • Interpersonal Skills rapport with leading Doctors, paramedics and Distribution Channels. • presentable personality and adaptive nature.
