Develop business model for scale-up Background & Experience: Full time MBA from premier institutes with 1.5- 7 yrs experience preferably in New Product or Solution Development in A) Home Interior Space (Furniture; consumer durable) B) Building Materials (Cement, Tiles; Sanitaryware) C) Rural (FMCG, Insurance) D) Digital (Marketplace, Aggregator models). If you are consumer obsessed with quantitative & qualitative data analysis skills with exposure to ethnography, user experience, design thinking you will be preferred. Candidate has to show knack of business model development. In this role you will have to navigate through ambiguity, display good interpersonal skills & achievement orientation.
