Location: Nagpur Pune Mumbai Nasik Bangalore Coimbatore
CTC: Up to 11 LPA
Experience: 7 to 8 Years in Insurance Sector
Job Responsibility
1. Team handling Profile
2. Provide lead to RM as per there location and knowledge
3. Delivering better productivity, conversion ratio.
4. Driving sales targets on a month-on-month basis with complete focus on quality.
5. Initiate and drive team-building activities to ensure a high level of motivation
6. Preparing Business MIS, Handling operational issues in a timely manner
7. Managing SM’s
8. Reporting directly to Cluster Head
