Position: IT Recruitment Consultant (HR Recruiter)
Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 3+Years(Minimum 2Years experience in IT Recruitment is Required)
Educational Qualification: Any Degree
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Managing the full Recruitment life cycle from sourcing of profile to delivery of the candidate.
· Gathering and Understanding the client’s requirement.
· Sourcing for candidates through the sources like Job portals, References, in-house databases and through the social & professional networks
· Conducting preliminary Interviews for candidates to obtain information on work history( Roles& responsibilities, End client & project details), training, Education, and Salary.
· Creating and maintaining MIS and initiating weekly status review call, to provide the status update to manager.
· Active participation for salary negotiations and providing the details to the candidates regarding the role, grade and profile briefing.
· Involve in getting Offer approvals, releasing offer letter and to get final Offer Acceptance from Candidates.
· Providing data to the Delivery Manager for offered and to be joined candidates with current updated status of candidates.
